At the base of every delicious biscuit from Biscottificio Cianciullo there is a fundamental aspect: craftsmanship. From production to packaging, we are committed to creating exceptional products thanks to high quality ingredients selected with knowledge and love by our master pastry chefs.

The choice of raw materials is one of the essential and most delicate phases of our production process. With scrupulous care, we test and choose the ingredients, relying exclusively on the most reliable and competent suppliers. fornitori seri e competenti

We use only Italian local organic flours, and fresh Grade A eggs with a shelf life of only 6 days, coming from Molise and broken by hand every day, creams and jams with an extra percentage of fruit (90% fruit and 10% water), the "Avellana" hazelnuts which come from the Italian region of Campania, the Apulian almonds, cultivated and collected in the vast and fertile plains surrounding Bari, and the millefiori honey.

 

We put the care and skill that have distinguished us for years into every production step. Every day we freshen our sourdough by hand, an ingredient that gives our products their typical taste. We respect the natural time needed for leavening and baking, and we strictly follow the necessary slow cooling times. This attention to detail is what makes our biscuits and leavened products one of a kind.

In 2006, we inaugurated a new factory, a surprising artisan workshop that extends over approximately 1500 square meters. This growth has enabled us to become more a robust yet flexible company maintaining nevertheless our identity. In fact, despite the growth and necessary extension, the artisanal aspect of our products has remained unchanged. Still today, most of the biscuits are prepared respecting the precious family traditions. And that’s why, we are proud to call ourselves an "Organized Craftsmanship".

Today, the Cianciullo artisanal biscuit factory operates in compliance with the H.A.C.C.P. community standards. Our daily production allows us to guarantee our customers always fresh and high-quality products.
